At the simplest level we have spent our time understanding the unmet customer needs in the market, either business to business or business to consumer. We then match up those unmet needs with your vault of products or services. This basic path has led to new products at small companies and behemoth retailers. We started out in retail, learned the business from concept through production and into sales. This was a time when retail was unencumbered by the internet and was agile in reaction time to new unmet needs.
